Aidoo Fest – 2026: Highlights Agriculture and Machinery in Kyrgyzstan

By 30.04.2026No Comments

Aidoo Fest is one of the largest agricultural festivals in Kyrgyzstan. In 2026, the
festival is being held for the second time and is organized by A Bank (formerly
Aiyl Bank), one of the country’s leading financial institutions financing agricultural
projects. The final stage of the festival took place on April 18–19 in the Sokuluk
District of the Chui Region.
The festival serves as a major platform for showcasing modern agricultural
machinery used by farmers across Kyrgyzstan. Manufacturers and suppliers
presented equipment designed to improve productivity and efficiency in the
agricultural sector.
The centerpiece of Aidoo Fest was the national competition among tractor operators.
Participants from all seven regions of the country took part, having previously won
regional qualifying rounds. The competition brought together the country’s best
mechanizers, who demonstrated not only speed, but also precision and professional
skill.
Judges evaluated the contestants based on several criteria, including accuracy,
depth of plowing, uniformity of furrows, and overall control of the machinery. For
many participants, the competition was more than just a contest – it was an
opportunity to confirm their professional reputation at the national level.
Beyond the competitions, Aidoo Fest provided a valuable space for farmers and
agricultural specialists to exchange experience, discuss industry challenges, and
learn about the latest technological innovations in agriculture.
The festival aims to promote the development of the agro-industrial sector, support
farmers and agricultural producers, and popularize agriculture in the country. It also
seeks to strengthen dialogue between businesses, industry professionals, and
society, contributing to the sustainable future of Kyrgyzstan’s agricultural sector.
